ELENA'S POV
The few hours that I had spent with Neil had made this the best week of my life, it made everything that we had been through just to get here worthwhile. I knew and believed we would find a solution to our problem when we first came here but I had never expected it to taste this sweet or feel this good even though it was a temporary solution, being able to touch Neil and having him touch me felt so surreal. Neil and I hadn't been able to keep our hands off each other ever since the potion started working.
The best part about all of this was the fact that Neil had given me what I wanted and I was now marked I felt like I was a fully mated wolf even though that was not yet the case. Although a simple mark didn't mean that the mating ritual was completed, it felt like it was. I
