ELENA'S POV
Now that the witches had expressed their willingness to help us, we had to deal with one more thing, and that was getting them to train me on how to control my powers. I finally had Neil with me and that gave me a little rest and some assurance that things were soon going to work out in our favor, Neil seemed to be a little depressed at first and I was getting worried that he was regretting coming here with me and placing himself in danger by turning against his father for my sake.
When I asked Neil about this he said that he was just concerned that we may be running out of time and that every minute we spent here with the witches was giving his father a chance to catch up to us, we still hadn't achieved our goal for coming down here despite the week we had spent trying to co
