Returning back to the place that was my home was a bit weird for me and that was mostly because I had never actually been to the fire kingdom, I had no memories of ever being there and that was because I had been stolen at such a young age. Elena seemed to fit right in but she could turn into a phoenix whenever she wanted and she could also turn back into her human form and I guess that made it easier for them to accept her.
