Elena's POV
The following days after my big fight with Neil I decided to follow my own advice and not allow anything to distract me, to distract me from the main reason we had even come to the witch lands. If I didn't like Neil hanging out with Jade, the only way to end that was if I hurried up with my training so that we could leave.
I continued with my training with Eda as I tried my very best to focus on the task at hand and to shut out all distractions. She had taken the training a notch higher and she was now helping me with my Phoenix powers. The Phoenix training was a little bit tougher and a little bit complicated because there was so much I didn’t know and understand. Eda was very patient with me and she made sure not to pass anything unless and until I completely understood it.
