JADE’S POV
For me to say that things were tense and getting out of hand at the witch lands was an understatement. Neil and I were no longer spoke as much as we used to and that was probably because Eda’s spell had worn off. What I found most disturbing was that I wasn't as bothered about that fact as I would have expected myself to be. I had always thought of Neil as being my whole life but now that he didn’t want anything to do with me I wasn’t really bothered about it. don’t get me wrong, I still loved him but I just had a lot going on in my life including the fact that Eda kept on telling me how Elena was ut for my blood.
Although Eda was sure that I was going to be able to take Elena on I wasn’t so sure. I wasn't sure if I would be able to defend myself against a hybrid. For my whole
