Despite Magnus' worries, Faith had known that the possibility of the Zolotovs hearing her out and letting her off with a mere slap on the wrist was slim to none. She would rather be completely outside of the Zolotov family's radar, but she took the risk of meeting them here in their home anyway, just in case they proved her wrong. Just in case there was a chance she could smooth everything between her and the Zolotovs, so they would not think about coming after her loved ones.
