Dinner was a relatively normal affair, except everyone was the most energetic Faith had seen since the attack and the ambush. Kiyana had made enough food to feed an army, so all of them had seconds and thirds. Overall, it was like any other dinner they had, except now it felt established that all of them were not just part of a Pack, but also part of a family. Magnus sat next to Faith all throughout dinner, purposefully sitting to her left so his good arm could easily reach over and hold her hand. They were all trading stories about their youth, while Magnus and Faith opted to simply listen and laugh along.
