Work had become less than unbearable for Maverick since Stevie's departure from Maverick Industries three and a half weeks ago. Maverick sat there having gone through most of his paperwork that had been building up over the last week and a half. Things were considerably less easygoing without a secretary but he wouldn't dare express this t his father, knowing full well that he would make an attempt to fore him into hiring someone. All of that aside, Maverick actually did pretty well on his own, considering.
