We had four hours in hand before we could leave port Kimberly, Tori had to show some paper works to the coast guards for sailing a massive battleship out in the ocean. I got ready and took my dagger out of the box, surprisingly Koru wasn’t anywhere near it. I strapped it on my thigh and went out to look for Zain. He was standing by the corridor and watching the waves. “There you are, are you all set to have some fun?” I smiled and embraced him from behind.
“Where is Koru?” He finally broke his silence and looked at me. Hearing his voice was such a relief for me.
“Oh Koru! Erm…I haven’t seen him, I thought he was with you,” I scratched my head and looked around t see if I could spot him sleeping somewhere.
“No he wasn’t, I searched him everywhere, but…” He paused and looked away.
