Impressive, I never noticed how classy and life-sized this cabin was. Not to forget that I had hardly visited his cabin when I was appointed here but I couldn’t recollect having seen an inbuilt fish tank that stretched across the walls nor a trendy workstation in the corner apart from that of Vlade’s. The dim lights were on as usual, huh…Talk about energy conservation! It was bright and sunny outside and yet my half vampire sat inside with the curtains drawn.
I slammed the door with my heel and walked towards his desk regardless of how irritated he felt every time I did that. Today I was in a perky mood, after all I had done a good deed, even if it was for a cute demon fox. Combating with the other slayers to defend a helpless demon was something that I felt very proud of at the moment.
