"Yes, sir"
"Go and get me, Adrianna"
Miguel commanded me in a dark tone.
"Yes, sir"
I quickly left his office making it seem to Miguel that I was eager to go and snatch up Adrianna but in reality, as soon as the door to his office was closed, that quote-on-quote eagerness had immediately turned to dread and panic.
Miguel wants me to get Adrianna and bring her to him which I can't and won't do but I also know that I have to do something because if I don't then I'll end up dead tonight and Miguel will go and get her himself leaving her vulnerable to him and his nasty ways.
I let out a frustrated sigh as I rested my head and body against the wall next to Miguel's office as I wondered what in the hell I should do.
