JASPERS POV
Amelia had slept like a baby in my arms and she didn’t seem to have any nightmares like I had expected her to. It was only normal that after such a traumatic experience someone would have sleepless nights but Amelia was just fine. I figured that was because she had been sleeping in my arms and she knew that I was going to protect her from any and everything that was a threat to her well-being. Although she had moved in here in unpleasant circumstances, I was relieved that she was here either way and I knew that she wasn’t going to have any desire to ever go back to that dorm. I wished that there was a way that I could make her forget all about her past so that we could build a new life together.
The following day I decided to go and get some work done before Amelia woke up.
