I had been driving around our pack territory hoping that I would eventually find Amelia but she was just nowhere in sight. I couldn’t even pick her scent or trace it because it was so weak, I couldn’t understand how she could have gotten far when she wasn’t even well enough to be out here. The poison that Ruth had given her was very strong and most girls that we had given it to had died almost instantly after ingesting it. J had been convinced that since Amelia was originally a human the poison would work wicket on her and possibly be a lot more deadly for her.
