Colette didn’t need a map like Jade or the other witches did to teleport using blood. She simply dipped her finger into the vial, closed her eyes, and teleported. However, because of the wards, she didn’t teleport right into the cell with Kalia, but instead, she teleported to the middle of the road. It was dusk here, wherever this was, because of the different time zone. As Colette walked up and down the street, she frowned in annoyance, studying the houses for signs as to which one Kalia could possibly be kept in. She had no doubt it was one of these houses, but the wards were making it hard for her to sense which one.
