It’s dark. It is so dark. What is going on? Why is it so dark? Where am I? The darkness swallows me whole and forces me out of my safe space. Where is it taking me? Why is it doing this? “Your questions will be answered in time, fire child.” This sweet voice breaks through my thoughts.
“You can hear my thoughts? Who are you?” I turn my head but all I see is darkness.
“Open your eyes and you will see.” The sweet voice giggles.
I do as the sweet voice says and I open my eyes. I look around and I notice I am in a field with moon flowers and a pond nearby with a weeping willow. I look up and see stars surrounding a full moon. “Where are you? Show yourself to me, please.”
