The day passed by quickly as we spent it watching movies and playing in the snow before it melted tomorrow. The girls helped us with the twins and I was so happy to have everyone back home. Daisy was happy to be laying on Reese while he sat on the couch enjoying the movies we were watching.
At dinner time, the kids requested Caleb’s lemon rosemary chicken. I couldn’t help but smile as I helped him in the kitchen while the girls fed the twins their bottles.
“Now, what has you smiling so big, little one?” Caleb asked as he put the potatoes in the oven.
“The fact that they love the meal that you made for our first date.”
