“I wonder if they’re home yet?” Boom asked me as we pulled into Dylan and Rowan’s driveway.
“I don’t know, she said Laa was here so she can let us in if they’re not. It looks like Bastien is here too. I wonder what’s going on?” I said to him, Dylan called me as they were leaving the real estate agent’s office. She sounded leaps and bounds better than she did when I spoke to her earlier this morning. I hopped out of the car and rang the bell, Laa opened the door almost immediately.
“Hello old friend!” she hugged Boom and I. “They should be home any minute.”
“Hi guys!” Rebecca waved to us from the patio door.
“Rebecca! What a wonderful surprise!” Boom said cheerfully.
