Elena’s POV
I was glad when Adrian came back and took me in his arms again. I was glad that he spoke man-to-man with Tucker. At first, I was scared of Adrian going up to speak with Tucker. I was scared that Adrian might beat Tucker up if he pissed him off. But Tucker was calm and seemed to be receptive to whatever it was that Adrian told him. I was glad that the council members that went with him were nice too. I could feel through our rapidly declining bond that Tucker was more at peace now.
The trial resumed with the last piece of the puzzle. I had already said my opinion to the council when I did my videotaped testimony with them. Since I was in the courtroom, I am sure that they will ask me again, just to confirm. I am sure that they would want to know if I was still of
