Elena’s POV
I saw my Mom warming up to stretch before Adrian even entered the sparring ring. She is staring a hole through Paige right now. I know that Paige couldn’t have been looking forward to this fight. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Mom is going to work her frustrations out on Paige. Everything that has happened to me in the last two months is about to be taken out on her. I didn’t feel bad about it at all. I did feel bad about Drake. I made no move to hide the fact that I did feel sorry for him. He made bad choices, over and over again, and he paid with his life.
