Elena’s POV
I immediately went to my room once we got back home. I told Beth and Michelle to tell Mom that I needed some time alone right now. I am only hanging on to any hope because I feel him. I feel that he is in a great deal of pain. He is hurting because I left. He kind of forced my hand on this though. I just could not stay there and watch Paige’s smug little smile after she pulled out every trick she could think of. Paige was scared because Adrian had banished her. It just hurt to know that he gave her a pass. Even though he was completely aware that she hated me. She was going to plot against me to her dying breath, yet he allowed her to stay in our pack.
