It's been a day since mom's birthday and since Vasilisa had left for Miami. I had asked one of my college friends, Bonnie, who lives in Miami, to help Vasilisa. Bonnie accepted to help immediately. She told she would help Vasilisa in whatever way possible. I was thankful for her.
Vasilisa deserves better. In the time I have spent with her, I came to know more about her. She is just like Aunt Al and Aeri had described. She is kind, caring, fun, talented and helpful. Also, she is really brave. If anyone else would have been in her position, they wouldn't be able to survive.
I love being in her company, but she deserves to be in a peaceful environment.
An environment where there is nothing to do with abuse and nothing to hurt her, physically, mentally and emotionally. And b
