I paused and took a few deep breaths to steady my nerves before knocking on the door to Council Member Stark's quarters. I plastered on a fake smile, careful not to overdo it, and greeted him politley when the door swung open. He invited me in, and I was surprised to see the table, laden with delicious foods. It smelt wonderful in there. I glanced at him, wondering if I should have gone with seduction after all. He pulled out a chair for me, and I sat down thanking him. I took a better look at the table and realised that it was set for three. "Are we expecting someone to join us?" I asked. He nodded, and there was a knock at the door before he could tell me who. As he moved towards the door to answer it, I figured that I would find out soon enough.
