I had decided not to wait any longer. Last night, I had used my magic to affect all the phones in the citadel. I made it so that no phones would ring. I also put a block on mind linking. This way, if someone needs to communicate with anyone else, they would need to go and find them, giving me extra time. It also meant that no one would be able to warn anyone else once I began.
