I take a deep breath to calm my mind and I close my eyes. I have to stay like this for more than an hour, but after that, the time loses its sens and the only thing I am left to hear is the sound of my own thoughts. I don't call upon the old man right away, instead, as Camila advised me, I try to relax, to tame the madness inside my mind. Like anyone else, my subconscious is a chaos.
