Everyone was not inside, in our PJS and sitting by the log fire. I had my head rested on Asher’s lap, Asher’s arm around me. We had stopped drinking, now all on hot chocolate, chilling out and enjoying each other’s company.
“I am curious why did you two never get together, pre Kate?” Mindy asked
“Honestly those feelings were never there.” Asher said
“Yeah that is true it is not something either of us thought about to be honest.” I said
“You much have at least shared a kiss?” Russ said
“Nope, never. We have always just been better as best friends.” Asher said
