Leah chewed on her lips anticipating for the answer because this would sort of decide the future. She looked at Briana who had a smirk on her face while she was now leaning against Ethan while her fingers were playing at the hem of his coat.
"This is absurd. Why would you even ask us to pick either one of you?" Ethan yelled while turning towards Briana before Edward could even interject. Leah wanted to agree with him that there was no need for this but then again she wanted to see that who would they pick.
"Why are you making it sound so difficult Ethan? Just fire her already" Briana said with a bored tone while tilting her head towards him. Leah felt her breath caught in the throat and she couldn't breathe, anticipating for the answer to which had toes curled.
