When I wake up the next day Trey is nowhere to be found. I rub my eyes gently as the adjust to the light. I sit up slowly and stretch my body. I feel very refreshed. I slept very well last night for someone who had a strange man come after them the night before. I check my leg like I have been doing every morning and find that it is almost completely healed. I think it is good enough to go on a run with. The excitement I feel is hard to describe. I miss training so much. I have had a lot going on in my life in the past few weeks and haven't been able to get it out of my system by going on a run. I climb out of bed and accidentally step on something.
