As I lay there with my eyes closed just waiting for the pills to do their job I can not help but feel bad, being the weak one. I came all this way to rescue Amy and now I am the one lying on the ground needing the rescue.
But I do feel happy that the storm has stopped and the sun has come out. This can only mean one thing, search and rescue must be on their way already. If I can just be normal for a little while I will be extremely happy.
Then I feel the nausea disappearing and I try to sit upright. I can feel a little bit dizzy but it is not as severe as before. I start to smile because I am starting to feel like myself again. I can only hope that when Amy returns I will be able to be the man she needs.
