Giselle’s POV
I sat in anticipation as the minutes passed. The house was empty, Naman was at school and I was alone here waiting for Aariz to show up. I didn’t realise when I fell asleep until I was alerted by my alarm clock. It was evening and time to pick Naman from school, yet there was no sign of Aariz.
“What’s wrong? He should have been home a long time ago,” I cribbed and reached for my phone.
“Why isn’t he answering it? He’s never done like this before,” I frowned and got worried for him. what could have gone wrong? Did he meet with an accident? No, I dare say something like that, maybe he met an old friend along the way and stopped by to talk to them.
