After three days of being kept in that horrific bag, Maggie sees her chance and tries to run. It looked as if her captor was there alone, and she didn’t see his partner, which gave her the courage, but unfortunately, he was simply outside smoking. They took her shoes and she was fully expecting a beat down, but she had to admit that the kidnappers treated her well.
Not that she’d been kidnapped before …
She was reminded again of how careful they were because the man that caught her was wearing a ski mask, and it must have been pretty difficult smoking with that thing in front of his face! Talk about being dedicated to your job!
After that, she knew she wouldn’t have the chance to run again. She’d lost her one and only chance.
