It has been a week since I last spoke to Joel. I’m not sure what his problem was, but he hasn’t once bothered to message or call. I don’t know if it was a guy thing, but he was irritating the hell out of me. Was I about to text him? Hell no! He was the guy, so he could man the hell up and reach out to me first. A few times through the week, I caught myself wondering what he was doing. Part of me thought that maybe he was hooking up with someone else, but why should I care? If I were a thing of the past, then I’d happily move on. Why was it that when I wanted him to leave me alone, I couldn’t get that? Now that I actually wanted to hear from him, he was MIA.
