Peace was never a permanent thing in the world. Heavens knew that if they disrupt the pact that gives every being a free will while being restricted to prevent outbursts, there are still instances wherein the casualty is bigger than it was supposed to be-it wasn’t the heavens, fault, but for the people who suffered, it was theirs. Why? Because they can see everything, but they didn’t ‘help’.
