“Twenty nine weeks is a big deal. You’re well into your third trimester, Violet. How are you feeling?” Dr. Lee asked through the screen on the computer. As always, Violet and Damon were doing their usual check-up with Dr. Lee. Even though they were miles away, technology had bridged the gap. They were still able to do the weekly check-up through Zoom. It worked out rather perfectly.
“I feel great, Dr. Lee. Everything’s fine. I don’t feel nauseous anymore or anything,” Violet said reassuringly. “Baby Zach seems to be enjoying himself too. I feel him kicking around a lot more,”
