{Ethan's POV}
I hadn't expected to run into Eva Brooks here at my subsidiary company.
I was annoyed after leaving the Owens Group, but seeing her collide with me at the front, after the security men had bounced her out made my anger vanish. I wondered what was wrong with her as she was involved in a lot of drama barely a week after the incident.
I didn't want to let her go. I was annoyed, but seeing her made my anger disappeared.
I had to ask her if she was still interested in working for me, as my secretary, even when I knew that she had the right to decline. I was relieved that she had accepted the position as my secretary.
After Eva left my office with Mr. Andrew, my private line rang aloud, and I took it up to see who was calling me. It was a call from my younger sister, Angelina.
