I let out a sigh of defeat as I averted my gaze on the flowers at the middle of the table. This might be a very romantic place, but this will be the place where I will break someone's heart. Someone that I should be taking care of for the rest of my life. Someone that I should be loving till the end of me. Yet, I have left no choice but to hurt her. And, I know that it's the kind of pain that will make her hate me most.
Hate. The feeling that I should make her feel towards me right after I can tell her the things that I need to, but not the ones that I want to.
