Evan’s POV
I make my way back to my office stewing in my thoughts. Ziana has overcome a lot and I know that she is just making the most out of life, but it is hard to continue ignoring her behavior.
When she first got here, she was broken in ways that I alone could not fix. Since then, her nightmares have stopped and through her being loved and accepted by the pack and her family, she has realized that there are good people and not everybody is evil, sadistic bast*rds who want to hurt her. She has told me and Warrick a lot of what happened, but I think the only one who knows more and was not there is Sirena.
Somehow Sirena broke through to Ziana and was able to help her with a lot of her issues. I am grateful for that. Sirena actually became one of our councilors when we realized that
