Chapter 43 “Well?” Stephanie tried not to let her nerves reach her voice or affect her composure until she was out of the workout room and had closed the door on her trainer. She had purchased a burner phone for speaking to this hacker Dino—a prepaid time cell phone off the Walmart rack. It had no camera and she kept it in a black leather bag when she wasn’t using it just in case he could reach in and turn on the microphone after she hung up and powered it off. She wasn’t trying to be secretive, except from Dino. The fact that he was probably in her tablet computer and her personal cell phone was sufficiently unnerving to begin with.
