Marinel's POV
NICA and I laughed over our old memories. Andy joined in with our silliness too. But no matter how much I laughed and smiled, the pain was still there. I almost hugged Enzo earlier when I found out something bad happened to him. I’m such an i***t!
"Nel, we need to talk," Enzo suddenly appeared in front of us.
"Uh-oh, Nel, Doc Arellano gave us another task!" Veronica suddenly said, dragging Andy with her.
"Hey! Why me too?" Andy protested.
Nica just smacked him on the head, and they both walked away. Enzo quickly pulled me toward his car. His grip on my arm hurt, but I didn't say anything. We drove in silence. I was nervous around him.
"Nel, what did you do? Why did you do that?" he asked, clearly trying to keep his voice down.
"What are you talking about?"
