I held his limp body close to me, the pain in my chest growing with every shallow breath he took, he was dying, I was losing him, for good this time. "Xavier please" I cried pulling the dagger out, more blood poured out and I felt the ache in my chest turn cold, his heart was barely beating, his life force draining rapidly. I closed my eyes trying to heal him but I was juices out, the sealing spell I used to put Evelyn away took all my strength, I had nothing left in me. The fear of losing him nearly crippled me, I place my hands on his bleeding chest and tried to heal him but I had no power left, why wasn't it a full moon tonight.
