The soft instrumental music has started to ring in the background, creating sensational vibes. But none of the guests or attendees seems to admire the soothing music. It could be just I who readily want to immerse myself in the notes and fade away the chaotic event in the background.
Presently, I sneakily, go and stand behind my Mom and Dad who are chatting with some people I have never seen or heard before. I like that about the strangers. They didn't ask my parents about me and prefer minding their own business.
By the side of my parents seems like the safest place in the world now. From the corner of my eyes, I can see Emily glaring daggers at me as she talks with my other two cousins, Micheal and Joso.
