I am surprised at how extra the elite go in everything they do. They smile extra. They act extra. They behave extra. They spent extra. They fake extra. There is always everything extra around them. How can the big game be an exception? Though the celebrities aren't here, their secretaries and managers are and they would want to make sure that the spoilt brats for the kids get all the extra attention and as much publicity as possible.
The reporters are there with flashy cameras and beautiful hosts with expensive-looking microphones in their hands. A bit thick crowd of fangirls is all it needed for it to match with the Cannes film festival.
