Aiden’s POV
I look up towards the door as Jace walks inside, unannounced as per usual, and takes a seat at the other side of my desk.
“Hey… are you ready to go?” he asks as I continue to shuffle through some paperwork.
“Yeah almost, just give me a sec.” I reply, picking up the files and walking over to the cabinet.
“Does Seb know you are coming today?”
“Yeah he’s picking us up from the airport.” I answer. “Are you all packed for Black Dawn?”
“All packed and ready to go! Felix just brought the rest of the bags so I better get on the road.” he says, waiting expectantly for my reply.
