“What is it?” Grimm asked her.
“She and Ames are from Lophar Kingdom.” It was Vossler who replied. “The cause of their civil war is the sudden fall to madness of the King. As it turns out now, he’s actually possessed by a demon.”
“Our homes and our lives were destroyed because of him,” Tess and Ames sobbed. “He must be stopped.”
“Don’t worry,” Grimm told them. “Before it was personal, Lophar is the closest destination once we’re back in the mainland. We will deal with that demon and clear yours and your people’s resentments.”
