Ten Years Ago
Drake walked out of the house, it was time to go to school. He was lazily making his way down the sidewalk. He glanced back at the door of his house, no one came out after him. He turned back to continue on his way. That was when he heard his mother’s voice calling him from behind. He turned around to look at her. A smile appeared on Drake’s face when he saw his mother. He knew that she would come out to say good-bye to him no matter what.
“Drake! Son, today is the first day at your new school. Try not to get stressed out. If you have any problems at school then let me know. I will think of something that’ll help. Just do not hide anything from me. You know your Mom loves you,” Drake’s Mother assured him then kissed his forehead. He smiled as he nodded his head.
