In the morning Edward opened his eyes but did not find Drake laying there beside him. He got out of bed immediately and began to search for him. He checked the entire room yet had not been able to find him.
'Had he run away from the company? Last night he had wanted to go back to his apartment,' Edward thought as he left the bedroom moving towards his office.
