I don’t know what I heard first, Dylan’s SOS or her screaming. I barely remember running out of the yard with Raffa right behind me, I saw her running towards me as fast as she could without using her vamp speed, Jones was screaming in her arms. I saw a group of men chasing them I had no idea if they knew Bastien was coming up fast behind them and Kai not far behind him.
“They’re trying to take Jones!! They’re trying to take the baby!!” she screamed almost incoherently.
“Is he hurt?” I was dizzy with fear and adrenaline.
No! He touched him! He touched his head!!” My wife was distraught over our baby being violated.
