Danny’s Point of View
“Danny will you please take me to see Mazi?” Eka asked me after we explained to her the whole story to what she walked in on.
“I’d be happy to my lady” I linked my arm in hers, casually strolling down the dirt road until we reached the trail that led to the top of the mountain where Akito’s house was. Once we were hidden by the trees, I gently lifted her onto my back and vamped us the rest of the way.
“Hello Eka” Zander smiled when he saw us. Mazi glanced at her over his shoulder and quickly looked away.
“Eka, welcome” Akito stood up and nudged Mazi, but he refused to acknowledge her. “Mazi” Akito said sternly, I knew he wasn’t pleased by his tone and furrowed brow.
“It’s alright Akito, he has the right to be mad at me and to know the truth” she sat down next
