Bastien and I were making love when he suddenly stopped and jumped out of bed.
“What is it, what’s wrong?”
“I don’t know, but someone is running towards us” he said as he quickly threw on some clothes. He had no sooner handed me a dress when we heard Dylan screaming downstairs. I barely had my dress on when I ran behind Bastien down the stairs.
“What happened?!” Bastien sounded as panicked as I felt.
“It’s Akito! Kai and I went for a run this morning and we found him in a rice field! He’s not dead yet but his ring is gone, and he has burns from the sun. Kai and Lucky are working on him at Suke and Laa’s, she needs your help.”
