After a long day of working, I finally got the opportunity to return to my room. As the date of Brandon's wedding got closer and closer, the pressure of work increased drastically. Even though I wasn't allowed to get out of the house, Veronica was keeping me really busy with management stuff.
The wedding was going to take place not far away from our house. It was one of our beautiful places near the sea. I really wanted to get out of the house but my situation didn't allow me. I knew there were people looking out for me.
Fortunately, tonight we didn't have any kind of dinner with guests so I could simply be in my room to do whatever I want for tonight. I would have to get back to work tomorrow and just thinking about it was making me groan.
