Ella POV
I was at the front door to say goodbye to my friends and family.
I had a hard time looking Sam in the eye.
I was distinct myself away from Sam because of the heartache on his face.
He backed away and was ready to leave my house.
I saw him get up off the couch, heading towards the door, and I walked behind him to escort him out and say my goodbyes for the night.
I saw the pain and pain in his eyes.
I quickly looked away and said goodbye, so I didn't have to see his pain.
He left and did not look back.
"Sam?" I called out.
He stopped and looked back at me.
"Yeah, Elles, what is it?" he called back in a whisper.
"Are you coming over tomorrow?" I asked.
"I-I don't know, maybe. I'll let you know. Good night Elles." Sam said, and then he started to run away from me.
